Building on the proven versatility of the original Force, the new Trimax Force S2 introduces practical upgrades designed to tackle tougher material, improve operator control, and reduce maintenance, all while delivering the reliability and adaptability Force is known for.
So what’s new about the Trimax Force S2?
It’s built to handle tougher conditions.
One of the biggest upgrades on the Force S2 is the heavier-duty flail system. The new flails are 80% heavier than before and work alongside a redesigned rotor to process demanding material more effectively.
Combined with Force’s efficient mulching chamber, the Force S2 is designed to handle heavy grass, dense vegetation and large prunings up to 90mm with ease, while delivering a finer mulch that breaks down faster.
We’ve also repositioned the rear roller geometry to optimise mulching performance and improve material flow through the machine.
Optional pruning rakes help collect material sitting in depressions or wheel tracks, leaving a cleaner and more consistent finish behind.
It gives operators more control.
Force S2 now offers an optional hydraulic discharge flap, allowing operators to quickly switch between mowing and mulching directly from the tractor seat.
There’s no need to stop, reach for tools, or manually adjust bolts. Simply operate the hydraulic control and keep moving.
This makes the Force S2 an even more user-friendly and versatile machine, giving operators greater control over mowing and mulching performance while maximising productivity.
It’s designed for lower maintenance and longer life.
Just like the original Force, the S2 uses Trimax Titan roller bearings, which are fully sealed and maintenance free, meaning no daily greasing required. Testing has shown a service life exceeding three years, and they’re backed by our industry-leading three-year warranty.
A replaceable 6mm internal liner also helps protect the mower body from wear. If replacement is needed, the liner can be changed in around 30 minutes without removing the rotor assembly, helping reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
It’s more capable across different terrain and applications.
New optional height control wheels improve ground following on rough or uneven terrain, helping operators maintain higher mowing speeds while improving ride comfort. This setup is particularly effective in sandy conditions or environments prone to corrugation.
New to the Force range is the 1.6m model, specifically developed for tighter vineyard row widths and viticulture applications.
With options including right-hand offset, left-hand offset, hydraulic side shift, fixed headstock, and front or rear mounting configurations, Force S2 has the versatility to suit a wide range of mowing and mulching applications.
It’s tougher where it counts.
With optional heavy-duty liners, heavy-duty rollers, and robust skids, the Force S2 is built for commercial use and long-term durability
Together, all these improvements make the Trimax Force S2 tougher, more capable, and versatile than ever, ready to take on demanding mowing and mulching conditions with less downtime and greater control.
