Trimax FlailDek S4 builds on field-proven reliability while introducing new features for reduced maintenance and wider versatility, providing maximum value in full-time commercial applications.
Designed as a high-performance alternative to standard factory-fitted flail mowing attachments found on John Deere, Kubota, Iseki, New Holland, Shibaura, Hustler, and other out-front tractors, FlailDek S4 gives direct line of sight to the cutting zone, providing safety and confidence.
Optional Y flails and scarifying knives alongside the ability to set a negative height of cut add scarifying capability for year-round use, while a configurable gearbox mount aligns cleanly with multiple power units. One machine covers more ground conditions, without the cost of running separate equipment.
FlailDek S4 Features.

Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings
Roller bearings sealed for life mean no daily greasing and less routine servicing.
Double Helical Rotor
A spiral orientation cuts more efficiency, drawing less hp from the tractor while running quieter.
Configurable Gearbox Mount
Two pre-set gearbox positions allow better alignment with specific power units for a cleaner fit and easier servicing.
Reinforced Link Arms
Link arms have been redesigned to be stronger and bring the centre of mass closer to the drive unit for increased operator comfort.
Replaceable Internal Liner
A bolted 2mm replaceable internal liner reduces noise and increases mower life.
SAFE CLIPPING DISPERSION
Expels debris in a downward direction behind the mower for safe mowing in busy public spaces.
Front Castor Wheels
Front semi-pneumatic wheels allow the FlailDek S4 to follow contours independently from the tractor.
