In light of the government recommendations to shut non-essential businesses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trimax NZ facility closed on Wednesday 25 March 2020.
The health and well-being of our staff and customers has been a priority throughout the pandemic, and we have strictly followed government guidelines while trying to support our customers as they continue to work in challenging circumstances.
Our aftersales business will remain open to ensure machines are fully operational, and that spare parts are despatched to essential service providers. Should there be any technical queries, our service manager is on hand to answer these via phone, email or video.
The Trimax Spare Parts Department is open for essential services customers only. There are no over the counter sales and all transactions must be via credit card, over the phone. If you need to collect parts, please call ahead and we will leave your parts at a drop point for you to collect.
